“I BELIEVE WE Can FLY – Higher Perspective”
My coaching and programs encourage women to look at life from a higher perspective to rise above adversity and beyond Fear and Pain at the most vulnerable and pivotal times in their life. The choices and decisions made at these crucial times will either propel us forward or send us spiraling back into learned patterns and behaviors of the past.
This program is for women who are recovering from Domestic & Family Violence or other forms of trauma; suffered a bereavement, separation or divorce; empty nest syndrome; or any other life-changing experiences that have left them feeling scared and vulnerable. My coaching supports women to re-evaluate their internal and external environments, and take positive action towards significantly improving their perception of who “I AM”. When women integrate and apply the fundamental principles of this program, they will:
- understand how to be Response-Able for recreating their personal reality
- understand how their internal processes and external environments contribute to the choices they make and ultimately the results they achieve
- reaffirm their own unique and innate Values and Beliefs that motivate and support their continued growth and development.
- apply new tools and techniques that will become significant game changers in their Life
- identify, implement and commit to Daily Success Habits to maintain a strong foundation
- identify personal goals and aspirations that are motivated and supported by personal Values and Beliefs
- identify perceived blocks to achieving their goals/aspirations, and how to overcome them
- MAKE MORE INFORMED AND ALIGNED PERSONAL CHOICES & DECISIONS
The “I BELIEVE WE can FLY – Higher Perspective” program is a flexible program that can be delivered in group workshop settings or customized for individual Higher Perspective clients. The knowledge, skills, tools and techniques gained from this program will have a positive impact and beneficial flow-on effect for families, children, personal and professional relationships, and external environments.

It’s a woman’s prerogative to “Change her Mind”
I’m a Life Coach based in Pimpama on the Gold Coast and I love to help women look at life from a higher perspective. The most common belief amongst women is “I’m Not Good Enough!”. This limiting Belief most often starts in childhood, and continues to manifest from a ‘scared’ mindset that keeps us stuck in a rut. But .. the good news is … we can always “change our mind”.
If you’ve experienced domestic violence; a bereavement, separation or divorce; empty nest syndrome; or any other life-changing experiences and made it through the crisis point – I’m so proud of you because I know how it feels. I’ve been there too, many times. Now I use my ‘lived experiences’ to support women to navigate through change from “the inside out” using a range of life coaching tools and resources including NLP Coaching & Techniques, Time Line Therapy, Hypnotherapy, and Cultural & Wholistic Healing principles.
I know it’s hard to even think about moving forward or planning a future when you’re feeling stuck? Sometimes, it’s hard to even get out of bed or make something to eat. Your friends invite you out and you accept their invitation until the day comes, and you ‘change your mind’. It all seems too hard. Or maybe you just need a bit of a nudge towards planning and achieving your personal goals? Whatever the problem is, it’s never too late to change from the inside-out. Learning to understand our inner workings .. thoughts, feelings, emotions .. helps us make better choices and decisions … thereby improving our actions and behaviors. End result – “improved outcomes!”.
So, post-crisis time is absolutely the best time to commit to change and start breaking down the walls we’ve built around ourselves. Some of the most common blocks used in constructing those walls are:
- Suppressed feelings & emotions.
- Lack of Self-Love & Self Esteem
- Negative self-talk & self-doubt
- Limiting or false beliefs
- Harmful patterns or habits
- Stress & anxiety
- Fear or phobia
- Unachieved weight goals
- Unachieved personal goals
